The Ninja Software Telephone in Call Centers
Call centers in particular require rugged and highly reliable telephones that are very flexible and that integrate well into the workflow. In addition to this is centralized configuration an important feature that the Ninja SIP softclient is equipped with. Call center operators are able to configure the mode of operation and display of Ninja with only a few actions. Available modes include Inbound agent, outbound agent, team leader or standard user. When the telephony application launches, each employeed gets his personalized configuration automatically - just as set up by you.
Great significance is attached to the open configuration panel that offers the IT administrator a great deal of freedom for user- or customer related configurations. As an example it is possible to assign different groups working with different telephony systems to different customer orders projects.
Parameters that a configuration can be dependent of:
- Campaign management user data
- IP address of the PC
- MAC address of the PC
- Windows domain name / group name
- Windows user name
- Special logon window (Custom Login)
